Angelica
Angelica Panganiban, a Filipino American model and actress, who is also a TV hostess and comedian. Panganiban has been referred to as the Queen of Drama across numerous media. Panganiban's range of talents and expertise as an actress is widely appreciated. While angelica root is a reference to it is a root used in herbal supplements A. Archangelica contains all the plants, including the fruits, seeds as well as flowers. In general, Sinensis uses the root. Angelica competed in the season 12 of America's Got Talent, where her performance of Rise Up (by Andra) got her to the auditions. Angelica's rendition in the song Girl on Fire (Alicia Keys) in the Judge Cuts was deemed worthy by Chris Hardwick, a guest judge. She then went straight to the live performances. During the live shows she sang the song Clarity from Zedd in the Quarterfinals as well as without You from David Guetta for her Semifinals performance. Angelica reached the finals, and she performed Symphony from Clean Bandit. In the final results show, she sang Stronger along with Kelly Clarkson and fellow contestant Kechi Okwuchi. The youngest-ever runner-up, Hale was second on the podium. In 2012 when Angelica Hale was just 4 years old, she fell sick due to double pneumonia. This was due to an aggressive strep pneumococcal infective bacteria. The young lady desperately required medical assistance that could save her life and was put on ECMO life-support at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston. The patient became septic and suffered numerous organ failures, which included her kidneys which did not recover. Her new normal was peritoneal and then hemodialysis. After nearly 80 days in the hospital, from near-death to long road to recovery, she finally made it home but her life was forever changed. Angelica's entire life was changed after she underwent kidney dialysis. Angelica's mother was the only one with the ability to give the kidney. On September 13 2013 Angelica and her mom went through the successful transplantation of their kidney at two amazing hospitals located across the street from one another- the University Hospital of Memory and Children's Health of Atlanta Egleston. Angelica Hale, a young Atlantan girl who always thought of becoming an actor as well as a performer and is currently working towards this dream.
